These terms govern your use of realtreasury.com, operated by Real Treasury, LLC. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

1. What This Site Is

Real Treasury is an independent advisory firm for corporate treasury teams. This website publishes research, educational material, a treasury technology market chart, and information about our services.

Everything here is general information. It is not financial, investment, accounting, tax or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or use any particular product. Your circumstances are specific to you; published material cannot account for them. If you want advice, engage us or another adviser.

We take no fees from technology vendors for recommendations, referrals or placement. Where a vendor appears on this site, it is because our research covered it, not because it paid to be there.

2. Accuracy

We work from public sources, vendor briefings and our own research, and the treasury technology market moves. Vendor capabilities, ownership, pricing and naming change without notice. We make no warranty that material on this site is complete or current, and we may change it at any time. Check anything you intend to rely on.

3. Using Our Content

The content on this site — text, charts, graphics, the market chart, and our methodology, including ERR NOT — belongs to Real Treasury, LLC or its licensors.

You may read it, print it, and share it internally for your own organization’s purposes. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not republish it wholesale, resell it, present it as your own work, or use it to build a competing product or dataset. Automated scraping and bulk extraction are not permitted.

Our name and logo may not be used to suggest that we endorse you, your product or your services without our written agreement.

4. Gated Material

Some material — the selection guide, the Treasury Tech Portal, webinar recordings — is released after you give us your name, work email and employer. Give us accurate details. What we do with them is set out in our Privacy Policy; in short, we use them to send you what you asked for and to follow up about our services, and you can tell us to stop at any time.

Access is granted to you, for your organization’s use. Please do not pass gated material or portal access to third parties.

The site has no user accounts and no passwords. There is nothing to register for and nothing to close.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not use this site to break the law, to infringe anyone’s rights, to harass anyone, to submit false information, to introduce malicious code, to probe or circumvent its security, or to place load on it beyond ordinary reading — including automated crawling that ignores our robots directives.

6. Third-Party Sites

We link to vendor sites, LinkedIn profiles and other third-party pages. We do not control them, we are not responsible for them, and a link is not an endorsement. Their terms and privacy practices are their own.

7. Disclaimers and Liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Real Treasury, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects the terms of a signed engagement between us — those govern the work we do for clients.

8. Changes

We may revise these terms. The “Last Updated” date above shows when we last did. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any legal action arising out of or relating to them shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
